Participation in commemorative events and other associations ones

The year 1980 took place the celebration of the hundred anniversary of the railway line “Ripoll- Sant Joan de les Abadeses”, when the line had already been closed.

In order to commemorate what the railway represented for that area, we installed one of our trains in the middle of the track explanation at the station, upon the real rails which still were not picked-up away.

We have participated in other events, such as our collaboration with the “Dia del Llibre Infantil Catala” when we installed a movable circuit at the “Parc de la Ciutadella”; the fifteenth anniversary of the arrival of the train to “La Pobla de Segur”; the “Taller de Trens del Institut Barri Besos”etc.

In correspondence, we do participate in events organized by other associations in our country or abroad, and when possible we are present there with our material. With these premises we have been in Argentona, Cornella, Fornells, Madrid, Ribarroja de Turia, Entroncamento (Portugal), Festa Major a El Raco del Bosc; and in fairs, such as that of Hobby Train, Saló del Hobby, etc.
